Client Account Manager
Own high-stakes institutional accounts, spearhead market-leading content, and turn deep market insights into commercial success.
We are looking for a proactive, driven, and commercially minded Client Account Manager to take direct ownership of client relationships across our Insights and Model Portfolio Service (MPS) products.
In this role, you will be the primary front-line contact for key accounts, contract renewals, and user engagement, ensuring our institutional and corporate clients get the most value from our financial data products.
This role goes beyond standard account management: you will help maintain the quality of our platform data, build relationships with the providers who supply it, and produce regular data-led content and publications for our audience.
What you'll be doing:
Serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of Insights and MPS clients, proactively monitoring usage, addressing churn risks, and working alongside commercial leads to negotiate renewals.
Running end-to-end client onboarding and workflow setup, translating financial data structures into practical solutions that fit client day-to-day operations.
Overseeing the day-to-day health of our platforms, coordinating regular data collection (such as AUM tables and key people data), and onboarding new data providers to the platform.
Taking ownership of recurring publications (such as MPS Allocators) from start to finish: surveying providers, collating data, producing content, and sharing insights via newsletters and events.
Keeping CRM pipelines updated and turn client and user feedback into clear recommendations for our product team.
What we're looking for:
Experience: Proven record in account management, customer success, or client relations (experience in fintech, financial data, market research, or B2B SaaS is a bonus, but not essential).
Autonomy & Organisation: Proven ability to manage a client portfolio independently, juggle recurring deadlines, and make sound decisions without day-to-day supervision.
Data Confidence: Strong practical Excel skills (pivot tables, charts) and the ability to turn numbers into clear, client-ready insights.
Financial Markets Curiosity: A working understanding of financial markets, asset classes, or wealth management is helpful, but what matters most is the appetite to learn our data.
Clear Communication: Professional, confident written and verbal communication when dealing with market professionals, data providers, and commercial teams.
